What we are looking for

A Senior Mechanical Engineer that sees problems and finds solutions proactively. Quick to change between projects, while still seeing the bigger picture. Great team-player with an understanding of the work involved in a start-up. Quick learner and eager to learn more every day!

• Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers and technicians
• Shape and design new 3D printing hardware for the production of vegan fish
• Develop and plan new mechanical devices for the process of 3D food printing
• Embedded system development with focus Motion control, IoT and sensorics
• Hardware-related programming of processes
• Support in development of automated test systems
• Analyzing of system requirements
• Accompanying our project from prototype development to series production
• Cross-functional collaboration with other R&D employees to develop innovative and reliable products

Who you are

• Successfully completed studying in the areas of: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design or Mechatronics
• At least 3 year of related work experience in these fields
• Structured knowledge of CAD/CAM (Fusion 360 and other Autodesk Software of advantage)
• Programming knowledge in C++, Python (other languages are beneficial)
• Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and sensorics & mechanical and thermodynamical processes
• Innovative and team spirit, independent, structured and goal-oriented mind-set
• Leadership experience
• Perfect English knowledge (German knowledge is beneficial)
• Living in Vienna or ready to move here (voted most livable city in the world for 10 consecutive years)
