Wraps are a popular lunch break option for busy people. It takes minutes to prepare them and, when replacing the tortillas/flatbreads with lettuce or cucumber, they make the ultimate low-carb meal. Here is how to prepare these two vegan wraps with our 100% plant-based Revo Salmon.
Lettuce Wrap with Plant-Based Salmon and Avocado
For this low-carb vegan wrap you will need:
- lettuce leaves
- slices of Revo smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese/cashew cream
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 tortilla wrap (whole grain)
- a handful of chickpeas (optional)
Prepare the lettuce wrap by following these steps:
- Cut the onions, the tomato, and the avocado into thin slices.
- Spread the vegan cream cheese on the tortilla.
- Add the slices of Revo salmon.
- Place the tomato, avocado, onion slices, and optional chickpeas at the center.
- Wrap the tortilla until all ingredients are tacked in.
- Place the tortilla within the lettuce leaf.
Pro-tip: You can decrease your carb intake by skipping the tortilla and by adding all ingredients directly withinthe lettuce.

Cucumber Wrap with Plant-Based Salmon and Vegan Cream Cheese
For the cucumber wrap you need:
- 1 cucumber
- slices or Revo smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of vegan cream cheese/cashew cream
- 1 tortilla wrap
- sesame seeds (optional)
Prepare the vegan wrap by following these steps:
- Cut the avocado into thin slices.
- Spread the vegan cream cheese on the tortilla.
- Add the Revo salmon slices.
- Place the avocado slices at the center.
- Wrap the tortilla.
- Thinly cut the cucumbers lengthwise.
- Wrap the cucumber slices around the tortilla and secure with a toothpick.
