Shipping is free.
After you have received the shipping confirmation from us, it usually takes 5-7 working days (Europe) until the goods are delivered. We have no influence on the delivery time of the shipment, which is why we cannot accept any liability for compliance. Appointment and express orders are generally sent as express parcels within Germany, so that timely delivery is guaranteed. International shipments are sent with a time buffer to prevent possible delays.
The return of the goods is possible if there is a printing error.
