Although not a traditional pair of pizza ingredients, avocado and salmon have become two of the most popular toppings for party pizzas. The good news is that you don’t even have to rethink how to distribute the toppings across your pizza “canvas”; you can use vegan cheese and our Revo Salmon instead of conventional animal products. Your vegan and vegetarian friends won’t have to double-check their pieces before taking a bite. Moreover, you don’t even have to make your own crust at home. For a lazy vegan recipe, you can opt for a store-bought vegan crust or even use tortilla wraps as a base. 

Vegan Pizza with Revo Salmon Arugula Recipe

For this vegan salmon pizza recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  1. a self-made or store-bought pizza crust
  2. 180g vegan cream cheese
  3. a cup of grated vegan cheese
  4. 1 finely sliced red onion
  5. 1 crushed garlic clove
  6. 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  7. salt and pepper
  8. chopped dill
  9. arugula
  10. 1 sliced avocado
  11. 100g of the best plant-based salmon, Revo Salmon

Follow these steps to make the best vegan pizza with smoked salmon slices:

  1. preheat the oven to 180C
  2. mix the crushed garlic, the dill, and the vegan cream cheese together
  3. spread the mix on top of the pizza crust
  4. add the finely sliced onion and the grated cheese
  5. put the pizza into the oven for 10-15 minutes until the vegan cheese melts
  6. remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with olive oil
  7. add the slices of the plant-based salmon, the avocado, and the arugula
  8. sprinkle with dill
