Sales Manager:in (40h/Week) – Food Service & Retail

What we are looking for:

Revo Foods is growing rapidly and continuously expanding into new markets – especially in Food Service (HoReCa), retail, and wholesale. We are now looking for a sales personality to help strategically and operationally develop our network alongside our CEO and small sales team, while tapping into new market potential. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Strategic sales planning: Developing and implementing growth strategies for food retail and Food Service (HoReCa) 

• Customer care & account management: Building and maintaining relationships with retail, wholesale, and hospitality partners 

• Negotiations & contract closures: Supporting contract negotiations, creating offers, and documenting in the CRM system 

• Market analysis & expansion: Identifying new growth opportunities both domestically and internationally 

• Collaboration with internal teams: Close coordination with marketing, product development, and production to implement the sales strategy 

• Trade fair & event presence: Representing Revo Foods at industry events 

Who you are:

We are looking for a communicative and motivated individual with experience in food sales or Food Service. 

We are not looking for a traditional sales person, but someone who is already familiar with Food Service or food production and knows exactly what our customers need. 

• Experience in B2B sales within the food industry, Food Service, or hospitality 
• Strong in customer care and building sustainable business relationships 
• Structured and organized work approach 
• Fluent in German and English for negotiations 
• Experience with CRM systems 
• Passion for sustainable, plant-based food and motivation to drive our mission forward

• The minimum salary for this position is €2,404.56 gross/month (40 hours/week) according to the collective agreement. The actual salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
