Purpose: The photos and/or videos are for Revo Foods publicity purposes only.
Categories of data: The photos and/or videos can be passed on to various journalists, press workers, influencers, etc. and, if necessary, posted and used on their social media channels and homepage in terms of public relations and increasing brand awareness.
Legal basis: The processing of photos and/or videos (collection, storage and transfer to third parties) takes place on the basis of the express consent of the person concerned, i.e. in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a DSGVO. The publication of selected image files in print or online publications by Revo Foods as well as on its homepage, social media channels or similar is necessary for the public relations work of Revo Foods and thus serves to protect the legitimate interests of those involved, Art. 6 para 1 letter f GDPR.
Storage period: Photos and/or videos taken for public relations purposes by Revo Foods are stored for an indefinite period of time, subject to the revocation of the consent of the person concerned.
