1 Pack Revo Gravlax
1 Flatbread
70g vegan Crème fraîche or Cream cheese
1 Red Onion
Lemon, Capers, Pepper, Dill
Preparation
1Preheat the oven to 250 - 270° top and bottom heat
2Spread the flat bread dough with sour cream
3Chop the onions and spread over the dough
4Bake the flatbread for approx. 5 minutes
5Spread the Revo Gravlax on the Flatbread
6Sprinkle with capers and dill, lemon juice and pepper
