Not every legend comes in waves. Some arrive… in salad form. Golden potatoes. Shadow-dark olives. Fresh parsley.And hidden between them — pieces of THE KRAKEN.
1Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a pan with a bit of olive oil until golden.
2Cut THE KRAKEN into bite-sized pieces as well and fry them in a separate pan.
3Slice the olives and mix them with the potatoes and THE KRAKEN pieces in a bowl. Add fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
