Ingredients

  • 1x EL BLANCO
  • Oilve oil
  • Rice
  • 1x Mango
  • 1x Chilli
  • 1x Paprika
  • Red onion
  • Parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Rosmary (optional)

Preparation

  • 1 Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • 2 Cut the mango, paprika, parsley, chili, and onion. Mix them with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • 3 Fry the EL BLANCO in a pan with some olive oil until golden and crispy.
  • 4 Place the cooked rice, mango-paprika salad, and EL BLANCO in a bowl. Top with a squeeze of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. ENJOY!
