  • Olive oil
  • Bell peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Rice
  • Fresh ginger
  • Mungo beans
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  • 1 First, season THE FILET with salt and pepper then fry in a pan and set aside.
  • 2 In the same pan cook the bell peppers, and the zucchini.
  • 3 While preparing THE FILET, and the vegetables cook the rice.
  • 4 Serve with rice, and top with fresh ginger, mungo beans and sesame seeds.
