Ingredients

  • Your favorite veggies & greens (we used carrots, zucchini, cabbage, cilantro)
  • Lemon juice
  • Rice paper
  • Dipping sauce (e.g., teriyaki)

Preparation

  • 1 Prep the veggies – Cut carrots, zucchini & cabbage into thin strips.
  • 2 Slice THE FILET – Fry it in a pan with olive oil until crispy.
