Ingredients

  • 1 x THE FILET PINK PEPPER & LEMON
  • half a red onion
  • 1 x zucchini
  • 1 x lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: rosemary & spices
  • Skewers
  • For the dip: vegan cream, olive oil, lemon juice & dill

Preparation

  • 1 Dice the onion, peel the zucchini & slice that lemon like a chef
  • 2 Cut THE FILET into cubes
  • 3 Stack ‘em up: Filet, zucchini, lemon, repeat!
  • 4 Place the skewers in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle diced onion & rosemary on top
  • 5 Cook them in the oven or airfryer for around 15 minutes, until crispy & golden!
  • 6 Spread the dreamy dill dip on a plate, top with the grilled skewers, and DEVOUR
