  • 140g Tuna Spread
  • 1 Avocado
  • 5-10 Green olives (sliced)
  • 1 Celery stick (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Garnish: microgreens and black sesame seeds


  • 1 Mix tuna spread, olives, celery, onion, mayonnaise and mustard together in a bowl. Add the lemon juice.
  • 2 Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Using a large spoon, scoop out an entire half of the avocado and discard the shell.
  • 3 Place the avocado on a plate and place tuna spread mix inside.
  • 4 Garnish with sesame seeds and microgreens.
