Ingredients

  • 80g Revo Smoked Salmon
  • 2 flour tortillas 6" or 8"
  • 1 avocado
  • 150g spinach
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli (sliced)
  • ¼ cup chives thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 80g vEggs powder
  • 220 ml water
  • 15 ml oil

Preparation

  • 1 Prepare egg mixture with the desired number of eggs.
  • 2 Pour the mixture into an oiled, pre-heated, non-stick pan.
  • 3 Cook for about 5 minutes, gently stirring, folding, and separating.
  • 4 In another pan sauté the spinach.
  • 5 Lay the tortilla on your work surface and add the sautéed spinach, scrambled veggs, tomatoes, avocado, some chilli, chives, and Revo Smoked Salmon.
  • 6 Tightly roll the burrito into itself until it’s fully rolled.
