Ingredients

  • 1x EL BLANCO
  • Asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 Bloody orange
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  • 1 Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.
  • 2 Fry the asparagus in a pan with some olive oil until tender.
  • 3 In the same pan, fry EL BLANCO until golden brown and crispy.
  • 4 Place the asparagus on a plate and top with EL BLANCO. Sprinkle with a squeeze of blood orange and season with salt and pepper.
