2Mix Revo Tuna Spread in a bowl with onion, celery, pickled cucumber, and a spoon of plant-based mayonnaise.
3Spread a thin layer of plant-based mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
4Heat up the cast iron skillet. Place two slices of sourdough mayonnaise side down on the cast iron. The mayonnaise will help to evenly toast the bread.
5Place spinach on both halves of the sourdough covering the breadslice completely.
6Add tuna mixture, cheese and finish with the other half of the sourdough bread.
7Roast gently for about 3-5 minutes, then flip the sandwiches and roast them for another 3-5 minutes on the other side.
