Ingredients

  • 1 Revo Tuna Spread
  • 4 Slices sourdough-bread
  • 1 Celery stick
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 small pickled cucumbers
  • 1/2 Cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 1 Cup of grated vegan cheese

Preparation

  • 1 Dice up the celery, onion, and pickled cucumber.
  • 2 Mix Revo Tuna Spread in a bowl with onion, celery, pickled cucumber, and a spoon of plant-based mayonnaise.
  • 3 Spread a thin layer of plant-based mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • 4 Heat up the cast iron skillet. Place two slices of sourdough mayonnaise side down on the cast iron. The mayonnaise will help to evenly toast the bread.
  • 5 Place spinach on both halves of the sourdough covering the breadslice completely.
  • 6 Add tuna mixture, cheese and finish with the other half of the sourdough bread.
  • 7 Roast gently for about 3-5 minutes, then flip the sandwiches and roast them for another 3-5 minutes on the other side.
  • 8 Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
