  • 80g of Revo Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Radish
  • 1 Lettuce, chopped (optional)
  • Nori leaves
  • Sushi rice
  • Rice Vinegar


  • 1 Boil the sushi rice and add rice vinegar.
  • 2 Cut the avocado and radish and set them aside.
  • 3 Place a plastic food wrap on a sturdy surface. Lay the first nori leave on top.
  • 4 Add a generous amount of rice at the center of the nori leaf.
  • 5 Place the rest of the ingredients on top of each other.
  • 6 Close the nori leaf with the help of the plastic wrap and water.
  • 7 Cut in half and repeat the process.
