Risotto with Vegan Salmon

  • A self-made or store-bought pizza crust
  • 180g vegan cream cheese
  • A cup of grated vegan cheese
  • 1 finely sliced red onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped dill
  • Arugula
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 100g of the best plant-based salmon, Revo Salmon


  • 1 preheat the oven to 180C
  • 2 mix the crushed garlic, the dill, and the vegan cream cheese together
  • 3 spread the mix on top of the pizza crust
  • 4 add the finely sliced onion and the grated cheese
  • 5 put the pizza into the oven for 10-15 minutes until the vegan cheese melts
  • 6 remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with olive oil
  • 7 add the slices of the plant-based salmon, the avocado, and the arugula
  • 8 sprinkle with dill
