1x THE FILET INSPIRED BY SALMON - ASIAN FUSION STYLE
1 cup Basmati rice
Pak choi
Sesame seeds
Sweet chili sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Coriander
Chili pepper
Green onions
Half lime
Oil for frying
Preparation
1 Cook the basmati rice according to the package instructions.
2Wash the pak choi, trim the ends, and cut it in half lengthwise.
3Heat oil in a pan with grated ginger and garlic.
4Roast the pak choi for 4-5 min per side over medium-high heat, season, and plate it.
5In the same pan, cook THE FILET ASIAN FUSION STYLE with its marinated oil and a squeeze of lime juice. Cook covered for 3-4 min per side.
6Add grated ginger, garlic, coriander, green onions, chili flakes & sweet chili sauce to THE FILET. Let it simmer over low heat for a couple more minutes.
7Serve THE FILET with the roasted pak choi and basmati rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds & dig in!
