Juicy, tender EL BLANCO – Inspired by Black Cod wrapped in a warm tortilla, topped with fresh tomatoes, red cabbage, creamy sauce & a squeeze of lemon = pure happiness.

Ingredients

  • 1x EL BLANCO
  • Small tortillas
  • Red cabbage
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • For the sauce: Vegan cream, shredded cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice
  • Optional: Parsley

Preparation

  • 1 Mix your sauce.
  • 2 Fry EL BLANCO in olive oil 'til golden & crispy, then slice into strips.
  • 3 Load up a warm tortilla with fresh veggies & EL BLANCO.
  • 4 Drizzle sauce on top, add parsley & a squeeze of lemon. ENJOY!!
