Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 140g Revo Tuna Spread = 1 package
  • Burger Buns
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Oil for cooking

Preparation

  • 1 In a foodprocesor add the spinach, chickpeas, and the mixed seeds and blend them till you obtain a paste.
  • 2 Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the Revo Tuna Spread and the Oasts.
  • 3 Mix it well and let it rest for about 5-10 min.
  • 4 Shape the mixture into burger patties and brush each side with oil.
  • 5 Heat a non-stick pan to mediun heat, drizzle just a little bit of oil and place the patties in the pan, cooking each side for 4-5 min.
  • 6 Serve the patties in a burger bun with fresh spinach or other salad greens, sun-dried tomato pesto and avocado.
