Ingredients
1 Package Revo Gravlax
1 Medium-sized pumpkin
3 tbsp flour
1 Cucumber
2 Red radishes
3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp horseradish
Salt & Pepper
Dill
Preparation
1Shred the squash using a box grater or food processor fitted with a shredding attachment.
2Toss with salt and pepper and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3Mix in the flour and dill.
4Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5Working in batches, spoon the mixture into the pan so that you get pancakes around 4-5 cm in diameter and approximately 0.5 cm thick. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
6Sprinkle with salt and serve with slices of cucumber, radish, and horseradish mayonnaise.
