  • 80g Revo salmon
  • 1 pack vermicelli noodles
  • 6 rice spring roll papers
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 6 Salad leaves
  • 1 large bunch mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or agave sirup
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 tsp water


  • 1 To get the rice paper soft for wrapping our veggies, dip it in warm water for about 3-4 seconds until the paper becomes soft.
  • 2 Then, lay the rice paper onto your work surface which should be clean and flat.
  • 3 Lay out one lettuce salad leaf, the red bell peppers, thinly sliced cucumbers, yellow bell pepper, spring onion, Revo salmon, sliced avocado, vermicelli, and thinly sliced red cabbage.
  • 4 Fold the rice paper over the veggies and roll it tightly.
  • 5 The idea is to get it as tightly wrapped as possible. Then repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • 6 For the Peanut Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, low-sodium soy sauce, raw honey, freshly squeezed lime juice, and water. Stir until smooth.
  • 7 If needed, you can soften the peanut butter by microwaving it for 10-15 seconds.
