3Put THE FILET on parchment paper and spice it up with BIO Ahoi Fisch Gewürz, salt, pepper and olive oil. Place 2-3 slices of lemon, garlic, rosemary and tomatoes next to THE FILET.
4Close the parchment paper over THE FILET and close it on both sides
5Bake for about 25 minutes
6For the salsa: cut 250g cherry tomatoes, basil and onion, mix them together with spices and olive oil. Add some balsamico cream for a little extra zing.
