Ingredients

  • 1x THE FILET - Inspired by Salmon
  • 200g Cherry Tomatoes
  • BIO Ahoi Fisch Gewürz
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Rosemary
  • Olive Oil
  • 250g Cherry Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 ts BIO Mamma Italia Italienisches Gewürz
  • Balsamico Cream

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180°C
  • 2 Wash tomatoes and rosemary and cut garlic
  • 3 Put THE FILET on parchment paper and spice it up with BIO Ahoi Fisch Gewürz, salt, pepper and olive oil. Place 2-3 slices of lemon, garlic, rosemary and tomatoes next to THE FILET.
  • 4 Close the parchment paper over THE FILET and close it on both sides
  • 5 Bake for about 25 minutes
  • 6 For the salsa: cut 250g cherry tomatoes, basil and onion, mix them together with spices and olive oil. Add some balsamico cream for a little extra zing.
